I have to say that Ryan was great to work with. I spoke with him at least 5-6 times on the phone & he answered the phone just about everytime. The one time I was in the middle of leaving him a voicemail, & he was calling me back at the same time. Bottom line: great communication which is the basis for great customer service support. I had a blue-ray lens issue with my PS3 which he fixed very promptly. The problem reoccurred (which may or may not have been due to the actual part--it may have been due to the system/games) & again---he fixed the issue very promptly. With great communication, a 90 day warranty for the parts/service, I highly recommend these guys & will refer any of my friends to them if they have issues with their own video game consoles.

thanks for fixing my xbox360 i dnt have to struggle just to get my xbox workin anymore ill be refering anyone with video game systems to you if they have a problem

PS3 was not working again with same problem in 3 weeks. Not happy.

Greg contacted us via phone and realized we had NOT repaired his console, it was a competitor who had attempted the repair.

my ps3 was down and brokenconsoles had it fixed in a flash, I would highly recommend them
