Don't live around the Kent / Ravenna, Ohio or Charlottesville, VA area? Too hectic of a schedule to drop off your console? BrokenConsoles.com is now offering a shipping solution!

We recommend FedEx for shipping, they have a specialized box which protects your game console very well. The easiest procedure is to go to the FedEx website, enter your address to find the closest FedEx/Kinkos, take your broken console with you, and order a 'Laptop Box'. Average price for the box is $3.00. This box will be used for returning your console to you once it is repaired as well. 

Please contact us prior to shipping your console to us. We will work with you to make the shipping process as easy as possible, including recording your console's serial number, and providing an initial price quote.
